Double Bubble Balloons - Making your special day a day to remember

Terms & Conditions
  • Please note that our Decor Bookings could be subject to a "set up fee" depending on what distance we have to travel. Anything under 15 miles is free. Anything over we will require 50p per mile, to cover traveling costs.
  • A  deposit of £50 is required to secure the date and time of your event. We will continue to accept other bookings until a deposit is received.
  • Please note that if you choose to cancel your event, we cannot return your deposit as we would have turned other clients away on your date.
  • The final balance of the invoice must be paid 21 days prior to the event date.
  • Any hired items that have been damaged  or lost will result in the “refundable deposit” being deducted for the items. This will be per item lost or damaged. You will be given a list of each item hired, and their value. The remaining amount will be sent back to you by cheque.
  • An additional deposit of £50 is required for all our hire items. This is fully refundable once items have been returned undamaged and no items missing.
  • Balloon decoration is purely for decorative purposes only, and Double Bubble Balloons are not liable for any misuse of balloons.
  • Double Bubble Balloons can not be held liable for any damage caused once the decoration/delivery is completed.
  • Upon receipt of receiving your invoice you have understood and agreed to the terms & conditions.
  • Balloons can be a chocking hazard to young children, if any balloons get damaged or broken, please discard straight away.
